1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before the order has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

1.2 After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return and refund under our Return Policy (see below).

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility:
We accept returns of eligible products within 7  days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Perishable goods, custom orders, and certain other items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on non-returnable items.

2.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

2.3 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

2.4 Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened spice packets)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
